This portal has been designed within the Training Program for Human Rights Lawyers and NGOs from Serbia and Montenegro on application and procedure before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Comprehensive materials used during the Training program as well as numerous valuable information related to the domestic and international law and procedure are made available here to all interested individuals, notably lawyers who feel the need to enhance their knowledge in human rights protection.
Through this portal you may ask questions, send us your suggestions, comments and useful information and share with us your experience or expert opinion on different legal issues.
