With the
assistance of OSCE and in cooperation with the Faculty of Philosophy, Novi Sad University,
the Helsinki Committee realizes an experimental, one-semester course titled "School
of Intercultural Education, Human Rights and Peaceful Resolution of Conflicts."
From September till December 2011 the course will be lectured by
outstanding experts and professors at Belgrade and Novi Sad universities.
"This will be a fine model of cooperation between a
non-governmental organization and a higher education institution developed to benefit
students," said Ms. Ivana Zivancevic-Sekerus, assistant dean, on July 12, 2011 at the
agreement signing ceremony.
The course to be attended by 25 short-listed students officially
begun on September 9, 2011.
